We take utmost care in delivering high-quality crystals. However, if you face any issue, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged
• Incorrect item delivered

Return Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

Mandatory Proof

• Clear unboxing video (without cuts) is required
• Images of the product showing the issue

Without proper proof, returns will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, energized, or tampered with
• Change of mind cases
• Minor variations in color/shape/size (as crystals are natural)

Refund Process

• Once the return is approved and received, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
